Rockies Pitcher Lucas Gilbreath Joins CBPA as Executive Director

CBPA is excited to announce that they have brought on Colorado Rockies pitcher and Broomfield native, Lucas Gilbreath as their new executive director. Lucas was born and raised in Colorado where he played for Legacy High School as well as CBPA’s predecessor, Thunder Baseball League. With his experiences at every level of baseball, Lucas hopes to help youth players understand the challenges of Colorado baseball and overcome the obstacles they may face.

With Lucas taking over as Executive Director, Shawn Williamson has stepped in as a special assistant to the Executive Director as well as taking on the CFO role for CBPA. As CBPA continues to improve and grow, we are continuously finding the best coaches, tools, and technology to give our players every opportunity to develop on and off the field.
